PANJIM: Fifty-eight students of Parse High School and Durga High School attended the handball summer coaching camp for beginners organised by Goa Handball Academy in collaboration with Parse Citizens Educational Society at Parse school campus.
The 15-day camp concluded on Thursday with exhibition matches involving Pradnya HS, Devsu-Korgao; SFX HS, Siolim; Parse HS and Durga HS.
The camp was conducted by coaches Devendra Desai, Ravichandar Rajan, Ghansham Garudi, Mahadev Parab.
MLA, Jit Arolkar was the chief guest at the concluding function. Parse Sarpanch, Ajay Kalangutkar, Manager of Durga HS, Mr Ramnath Sawant, Headmasters Shrikant Naik, Balkrishna Barde, Raghoba Gawade, Ravindranath Holkar, Mangesh Kanolkar, Adv Savio Monteiro, Devendra Desai were present.
Kit, jerseys were distributed. Camp co-ordinator, Mr Anant Sawal proposed the vote of thanks.
