MANDREM: HC Arambol managed to register a comfortable 2-0 win over ABC Arambol in the Goa Football Association’s Third Division League-Bardez zone, held at Mandrem grounds, here, on Wednesday.
The first session was mostly restricted to midfield and the goalkeepers were hardly tested.
On crossing ends in the 48th minute HC Arambol broke the deadlock when Bruno Fernandes scored with a neat placement, 1-0.
In the 87th minute Nevil Rodrigues netted the insurance goal on entering the penalty box, 2-0.
