MAPUSA: Holy Cross, Siolim got the better of Lourdes Convent HS Saligao by 3-0 margin in the U-14 Bardez Taluka girls football tournament, organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, at Moira ground, here on Tuesday.
Vency Fernandes scored two goals while Megan Fernandes scored one.
In another match St Thereza High School, Candolim trounced Sacred Heart of Jesus, High School, Anjuna 3-0.
All the three goals were scored by Agnela Antao.
