PANJIM: Immaculate Conception Sports Club (ICSC), Paroda beat strong contenders Chandor Sports Club 2-1 to move into the semi-finals of 15th All-Goa inter-village football tournament organized by ICSC, Avedem-Paroda at Avedem panchayat ground, Thursday.
Chandor shot into the lead in the 15th minute through Krishna.
In the second half, ICSC got off to a positive start Anthony Dias equalized in the 50th minute. They continued with good ball possession and Manish Olivero scored the match-winner in the 68th minute.
ICSC goalkeeper Mackroy Lima put up an excellent performance to deny four clear attempts by the rivals in the dying minutes.
