Iqbal bowled out for 210

Iqbal XI,  Margao were bowled out for 210 runs by Bogda Youth CC on the first day of GCA Premier League at Chicalim Sports Complex, here on Friday.
Iqbal elected to bat first after winning toss but crumbled before resilient bowling of Bogda and lost three early wickets with 36  runs on the board. However, they steadied their innings thanks to an 87-run forth wicket partnership between highest scorer Saurabh Jain (69) and second highest scorer  Yuraj Nimblekar (35).
Yogesh Morgekar struck 17 runs and Fiyaz Sayed added another 14 runs before Iqbal folded their innings on 210 in 57 overs.
Nil Narvekar was the most successful bowler taking four wickets for 65 runs. Jinew Joshi took 3 for 33, Sagar Naik, Abhijit Kadam and Sachin took one each.
Bogda had a reasonable score of 103 for 3 in 32 overs.  Jinew Joshi struck 29, followed by Sidesh Raikar with 22 and Prabhav Desai with 15. All three batsmen were the victims of Fiyaz Sayed.
