PANJIM: Player of the match Ishwar Nagvekar scored a hat-trick to help Mayem Boys register a 7-1 victory over Kelambika Boys in the Under-13 match of the Goa Football Development Council-Vodafone Rising Stars Football Festival Intra Centre League week five at Kelbaiwada ground, Mayem, recently.
Harsh Patre, Karthik Malvankar and Sahil Naik also contributed for the winning team.
At first half, Mayem Boys led 3-1. Prathamesh Kinalkar was the only goal scorer for the Kelambika Boys.
In the second half, Mayem Boys were in total control as they scored four goals. Harsh Patre scored 2, one of which included a penalty kick. Karthik Malvankar and Sahil Naik scored one goal each.
