PONDA: Indirabai Vishwambar Bhat Dhavlikar (IVBD) High School, at Dhavlim- Ponda defeated People`s High School Bardez by huge margin of 11 -1 to win the U-14 State level baseball tournament organiSed by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs.
Captain Kiran Rathod, Vishnu Badigar, Arjun Lamani and Kamlkar Ghadi peformed well in the game and were well supported by Vijaykumar Mirashi, Gauran Gaude, Chaitanya Gaonkar, Yash Kragralkar, Shivank Naik and Aman Shirodakar.
Physical Instructor of the School, Kedar Savoikar, Manohar Naikoji and Coach Kavitha Avati guided the students along with their cooperation from Headmaster Shrikrishna Desai.
The Management, PTA and school teachers appreciated and congratulated the students for their achievement.
