PANJIM: Jamboree scored an emphatic 3-1 win over Kodework to win the Bay 15 Cup 4-a-side football tournament organised by Sporting Clube de Goa at Bay 15, Odxel, Dona Paula, on Wednesday.
Anthony Vaz scored a fine hat-trick while at the other end Anurudh Gawde reduced the margin for Kodework. Pool A consisted of Goa United Media, 9 Stack, Le Meridien Cannons, Models United and Jamboree, whilst Pool B had Navhind Times, Kodework, Models Unlimited, Le Meridien Guns, and Flaming Orange.
Jamboree topped group A with 12 points and an all win record followed by 9 Stack with 7 points. Group B had Kodework and Le Meridien Guns, tied on 7 points and equal goal difference.
The prizes were distributed at the hands of Peter Vaz, Natty Vaz of Models, Norton Pereira and Victor Cheng of Le Meridien and Judah Fernandes of Creometric.
