RAIA: A hat-trick by Joslan Fernandes helped host Sporting Club Virabhat-Curtorim to enter the semi-final of 9-a-side football tournament played at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, organised by Sporting Club Virabhat, as they defeated Youth of Pidadigal, 3-2, in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
Joslan Fernandes scored a hat-trick in 10th, 15th and 35th minutes of play for Sporting Club Virabhat while Joiben Hilario and Meglister Fernandes reduced the margin for Youth of Pidadigal in 40th and 45th minutes of the play.
Joslan Fernandes of Sporting Club Virabhat was awarded man-of-the-match for his hat-trick from Jose Castanah.
