PANJIM: Karishma Shirvoikar scored a last minute winner to Panjim Footballers 3-2 win over Sporting Clube de Goa in the GFA Vedanta Women’s League match played at Sirsaim ground, on Sunday.
Stessi C gave Sporting Clube the lead in the 13th minute but Karishma levelled terms in the 20th minute before netting her double six minutes later.
Sushmita equalised for Sporting in the 46th minute and just when it looked like the teams were heading for a draw, Karishma struck the match-winner to give her side full points.
In another match played at Duler ground, Albert Developers and Goan Football Club played out a goalless draw.
The strikers of both teams fumbled with the chances that were created.
