PANJIM: Kranti Salvi, Guinness World Record holder for running the fastest marathon in a traditional sari will be the brand ambassador for the Rotary Rain Run (RRR) 2019 organised by the Rotary Club of Porvorim.
This will be the fifth edition of the RRR and it will be held at the Bambolim stadium on July 28.
Kranti, who is a Mumbai based entrepreneur achieved her Guinness feat when she ran the Berlin Marathon in a sari in a timing of 3:57:07 hours in September 2018.
