RAIA: Lalu won the 2nd All-Goa Estaquio Vales memorial single wicket 30-yard control cricket trophy defeating Sanket in the final played at Davorlim Sports Club ground, Laymati-Davorlim, on Sunday. A total of 50 players took participate in a day-long tournament.
In the final, batting first, Lalu scored 11 runs, while Sanket could manage to rope in 4 runs only. Santan Costa was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in presence of Anthony Colaco, PI Filomena Costa, club members and other dignitaries.
