MAPUSA: Lions Club of Candolim in collaboration with Lions Club of Assagao, Anjuna, Arpora-Nagoa-Parra, Aldona, Calangute, Chodan, Mapuca, Mapuca Sub-Urban, Thivim will host the 6th inter-club Lions Sports Meet for Underprivileged children’s on March 3, at St. Joseph’s Boys Home Calangute, at 2.30 p.m.
Emir Brito-State Athletic Champion will be the chief guest, MJF Lion Monika Sawant-District Governor and MJF Lion Michael Lobo-Dy. Speaker & MLA Calangute Constituency will also be present.
200 students from Institute of Provedoria-Candolim, Sisters of Adorers-Thivim, Mother Thereza Roses-Parra, El-Shaddai Charitable Trust-Assagao, St. Joseph’s Boys Home-Calangute, Auxilium Convent Girls Home-Aldona and Moving School-Arpora will participate in the sports meet.
