MARGAO: Salgaocar FC outplayed Panchawadi United SC 4-0 in the GFA’s U-18 Football League match at Seraulim ground, on Monday. The Greens’ star striker Liston Colaco netted a brilliant brace while Devendra Mulgaonkar and Somnath Patil netted a goal each to complete the Vasco side’s victory.
At Curtorim ground, Sporting Clube de Goa signed off their group stage in style as they hammered Ave Maria 5-1. Shubert Joanes Pereira netted a hat-trick while Peryson Fernandes scored a brace. Aleston Camotio scored the consolation goal for Ave Maria, who were reduced to nine men in the second half.
