Loyola HS, Manovikas EMS play out 3-3 draw; YFA Warriors, Marina English win

MARGAO: Loyola HS, Margao and Manovikas EMS played out and entertaining 3-3 draw in the 2nd Chowgule Sports Centre U-10 Futsal league powered by Nave Marg and organised by Youth Futsal Academy at Chowgule Sports Centre, on Friday. 
Manovikas raced into an early two goal lead after Warren DSa put finishing touches to Keyaan Kuknoor passes. Loyola clawed their way back into the contest with goals from Lester Oliveira and Valan D’sa before a fine free-kick from Kiam Pinto gave Loyola the lead. 
Man-of-the-match Warren D’Sa restored parity with a few minutes left on the clock and a fine save at the death by Manovikas keeper Evan Sousa Ferrao secured a well fought point.
The Kings School had an easy outing against Child Care School winning 6-0. 
Man-of-the-match Elrad Braganza hit a brace, Pranay Rivankar a brace, Neil Kamarni and Jordan Fernandes scored a goal each for the winners.
Host YFA Warriors were made to sweat in their game against Regina Marytrum as they edged out their opponents 4-3. 
The Warriors led 4-0. MOTM Samuel D’Souza opened the scoring before Axel Demello gave them a two goal lead at half time. Lochlan Sousa scored one and Samuel completed his brace in the second half. Regina then staged a monumental comeback with a brace from Brac Fernandes and Mathew Noronha. 
In the end, YFA Warriors hung on to script a 4-3 victory and stay unbeaten in the league.
Perpetual Succour Convent, Navelim eased past Rosary HS, Navelim 5-1. MOTM Taufique Gundar and  Sherlock Dias scored a brace each  and Vernon Cardozo scored one. 
Sam Pereira scored a consolation goal for Rosary.
Marina English put in another scintillating performance as they bulldozed  past Infant Jesus HS, Colva 10-0. 
MOTM Johann Abranches scored a brace, Addison Fernandes and Rizbeen Dcosta a brace each and Snyder D’Costa, Terry Fernandes and Trance Fernandes scored a goal each for the winners.
