PANJIM: M7 Football Club defeated Spartans 4-3 on penalties to win the 3rd edition of Sir Mecca Rodrigues memorial 7-a-side tournament in Swindon.
The teams were 1-1 locked at the end of regulation time.
Issac, Joylon, Sanford and Clyson converted for the winners. Isaac Negredo was awarded for the first goal in-the-final.
