PANJIM: Mahesh Gaonkar was unanimously elected president of The Sports Journalists Association of Goa for the 2019-21 term at an annual general body meeting held at GUJ office, Patto, Panjim, on Saturday.
The election was conducted under the guidance of advisory committee chairman Jovito Lopes.
The Executive Committee is as follows: President: Mahesh Gaonkar, Vice-President: Kanzil Rodrigues, General Secretary: Sachin Korde, Treasurer: Aniruddha Raul,Joint-Secretary: Dhiraj Mahambre, Organising Secretary: Glen Costa.
Members: Flavio Lopes, Santosh Kubal, Sagun Gawade, Sushant Gawas
An advisory committee has been set up, as follows: Chairman: Jovito Lopes, members: Sharad Naik, Sudhakar Naik.
