RAIA: Maina SC outplayed Rumdamol Sports Club 4-2 in the GFA’s 3rd Division Salcete Zone League match played at Chandor ground, on Saturday.
Leran Dias scored a brace while Caitano Viegas and Anselem Fernandes netted a goal each for Mains SC. Shafaiz Kuknoor and Maktum Khan netted a goal each for Rumdamol SC.
In the match played at Don Bosco ground, Fatorda, South Goa UCS and Cultural club downed Raitura SC by 2-0 goals. Felix Varghese scored both the goals in the second session.
St Anthony’s SC, Colva, rallied to hold UC Benaulim to a 1-1 draw at Dando ground, Benaulim. Denell Fernandes gave lead to UC Benaulim which was cancelled by Clifford Fernandes for St Anthony’s SC. Sanroy of UC Benaulim was expelled due to double bookings.
