PANJIM: Mallika Gogoi defeated Eleanor de Rosario 3 – 0 in the womens semi-finals, in the first Dr. Filipe Pinto Memorial All Goa Major Ranking TT Tournament, Organised by Kabir Pinto Makhija in association with Clube Vasco da Gama, in Panjim, on Saturday.
Earlier, Mallika Gogoi defeated Suchetan Bansal in the quarters while Eleanor de Rosario beat Sanisha Shetye 3 – 0, Taniya Patil edged past Aditi Chodankar while Prutha Parrikar defated Sneha Rane 3 – 1.
In the semi-finals of the Sub-Junior Boys category Santesh Mapsekar beat Nilay Kamat while Nagesh Verenkar defeated Jayz Gomes 3 – 0.
