ASSOLDA: Mandopa SC outplayed Curtorim Gymkhana 2-0 to move into the quarter-finals of St Anthony Festival Cup 2016 organized by St Anthony SC, Assolda, at Assolda Panchayat ground, on Saturday.
Alvito Colaco’s first half effort put Mandopa SC into the lead in the 10th minute after watching the rival goalkeeper off his line and launched a rocket bound shot which crushed into the net of Curtorim Gymkhana. Mobin Gomes doubled the lead in the 50th minute.
