MASHEM: Mashem Cricket Club defeated Maruti Sports Club by 10 wickets in the Nanda Lolayekar trophy, at Nirakar Maidan Dapot, Mashem.
After electing to bat, Maruti were 63/1 in 10 overs at one stage.
However, they collapsed due to some disciplined bowling from Tushar Sawant(4/27),Badal Singh (2/24) and Vinesh Satarkar (2/23) . They were bundled out for 130 runs on a very good batting track.
In reply Mashem Cricket Club’s Durgesh Prabhugaokar 76 n.o. off 46 deliveries with five sixes and a sensible knock by Santosh Satarkar 43 n.o.off 40 deliveries tore the bowling attack of Maruti.
