MAPUSA: Milagres Sports Club came from behind to hold AA de Moira to a 1-1 draw in the GFA’s 3rd Division League, at Quitula ground, here, on Monday.
Moira went into the breather with a one goal lead when in the 35th minute, Siddesh Kesarkar on being set up by Craig Menezes drilled the ball into the far corner of the Milagres goal.
Crossing over, Milagres SC did not have to wait for long and found their equalizer in the 47th minute when Edwin Viegas’ power-packed shot deflected off a rival defender and ended up into the Moira nylons.
