CHICALIM: MMC Councillors beat Vasco Press by 50 runs in a friendly match played during the T-20 All-Goa cricket tournament organised by Noorani Sports and Cultural Club in association with felicity group, at Chicalim SAG ground, recently.
The tournament was inaugurated by MMC Chairperson Deepak Naik who was chief guest on the occasion. MMC Councillor Kritish Gaonkar, Chicalim Deputy Sarpanch Kamla Prasad Yadav, Nazir Khan, Riyaz Kadri, Jamir Carol, Sanjay Saterdakar, Deputy Collector Mormugao Mahadev Araundekar, former chairperson Shekhar Khadapkar and other dignitaries were present for the inaugural ceremony.
