PANJIM: Mott Boys, Rivona got the better of SSCC, Vaddem 3-2 in the final of the 16th All-Goa 7-a-side Football tournament organized by Parish Youth of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Vaddem, Curdi-Sanguem, recently. A total of 28 teams took part.
The winners were awarded Rs 10,000 and a trophy while the runners-up had to be content with Rs 7,000 and a trophy.
The teams received their awards from chief guest Fr Orlando Jesus Lopes (SFX, Pilar) assistant parish priest of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Vaddem, Curdi-Sanguem in the presence of guest of honour panch Francis Rodrigues and social worker Francis Mascarenhas.
