ASSOLDA: Mount Mary, Sanguem shot-out Fatima SC, Bethmodi 6-5 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of the 4th all Goa Miracles SC Cup football tournament, at Assolda ground, on Monday.
Sunil Kairkar opened the score-line for Mount Mary in the 50th minute.
Within three minutes, Rezlon Nogueira equalised for Fatima.
Thereafter, Reslan netted for Fatima in the 58th minute. Later, in the 63rd minute Lincoln Colaco levelled terms for Mount Mary.
In the tie-breaker, Mount Mary, Sanguem netted through Jackson, Lincon, Androl and Mackinza while Reslan,Norman and Foley netted for Fatima SC, Bethmodi.
Androl Rodrigues of Mount Mary, Sanguem was awarded with the man-of-the-match award.
