MAPUSA: Murod Boys scored a comfortable 2-0 win over Pinto’s to move ahead in the 2nd Friend’s Circle Soccer Cup, at Dr. Gustavo Monteiro ground, Candolim, on Friday.
In the 15th minute of play, Harish Bagkar scored with a superb solo effort to give them the lead.
On crossing over, in the 48th minute, Chandan Naik made it 2-0 as he tapped the ball into the goal off a cross by Efton D’Costa.
