PANJIM: Indian tennis player Natasha Palha shared her experiences in tennis and how her parents supported her in the sport. She stressed on how she used meditation and breathing techniques to stay focused and in-control.
Natasha, who was guest speaker to promote sports and fitness as a premium career option amongst the students, at Sunshine Worldwide, Old Goa, recently, also claimed that it also helped her control her aggression.
The 25-year-old Indian tennis player won the Indian National Grass Court Tennis champion in 2014. Palha has also won five doubles titles on the ITF Women’s Circuit. In October 2014, she reached her career-highest singles ranking for world No. 492. She peaked at No. 418 in the doubles rankings of May 2016.
