RAIA: Navelim Sporting Club edged past Ambelim Sports Club 4-1 via tie-breaker to enter the quarter-finals of 23rd edition of Bro Eulalio Vas memorial football tournament organised by Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda, at its ground, on Tuesday.
At full time, the score remained goalless draw.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Navelim Sporting Club scored through Nesh Pereira, Ronaldo Pereira, Aden Pereira and Noah Luis, while Velroy Fernandes lone found the net for Ambelim SC.
Navelim Sporting Club goalkeeper Selvin Gomes was awarded the man-of-the-match by Rosario.
