VARCA: Navelim Villagers Union blanked Carmona Sports Club 2-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the Varca Panchayat Cup organised by Varca Sports Club, at Varca SC ground, on Saturday.
At half time both the teams were goalless.
In the second half, Navelim Villagers Union took the lead through Travis Souza in the 39th minute. Soon after, Navelim Villagers Union doubled the score through Rovan Pereira in the 47th minute.
