In the first half, Navelim Villagers Union were leading 1-0.
Navelim Villagers Union dominated the first half but missed couple of chances. Alvito Colaco failed to score in the 5th minute after Berwin Teles provided a through pass.
St Anthony also missed one chance in the 8th minute when Stanley Vaz shot wide after Franky Fernandes fed the ball.
Alvito broke the deadlock in the 13th minute for Navelim Villagers Union with the help of Jaison Pereira.
Crossing over, St Anthony equalised in the 38th minute through Sidney Vaz’s rasping shot which crushed into the rival nets. Vicky Fernandes assisted. Socorro Fernandes doubled the lead for St Anthony soon.
But Navelim Villagers Union equalised with the efforts of Aldrich Coelho’s ground shot off a supply from Alvito.
At the end of regulation time the score was 2-2.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Navelim Villagers Union netted through Navin Pereira, Joseph Dias, Aldrich Coelho, Clive Mascarenhas while for St Anthony Joseph Fernandes, Stanley Hadakali and Vicky Fernandes were on target.
