MAPUSA: Nerul Sports Club edged past Candolim Sports Club 4-3 via the tie-breaker in 12th Arpora-Nagoa panchayat football cup organized by Arpora Sporting Club at Salt Lake ground, Arpora, Friday. The teams were locked goalless at full time.
In the tie-breaker, Deepraj Sabglekar, Atish Gaonkar, Sainath Kalangutkar, Ritesh scored for Nerul while Terence D’Mello, Paul Cardozo and Anthony converted for Candolim.
