PANJIM: Public Works Department (PWD) outplayed Electricity Department by nine wickets to emerge winners for the second time inState Level Civil Services 2013-14 cricket tournament organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, at SAG ground, Campal-Panjim.
Electricity Department won the toss and chose to bat first but were bowled out for 131. A blistering knock of 71 by Nilesh Parsekar helped PWD chase down the total score in 16 overs with nine wickets in hand.
