CURTORIM: Novowado blanked Raloi 4-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the 4th Jose and Franky memorial inter-ward football tournament played at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Thursday.
Novowado opened their account in 10th minute through Milagres Fernandes’ curler. Ten minutes later Raloi’s Steve Pereira’s power drive hit the Novowado side netting.
In the second half, Novovado went all guns blazing at Raloi and scored three more goals through Cajie Fernandes, Myson Fernandes and Aston in the 47th, 49th and 51st minutes respectively to make it 4-0.
