Enjoying a slight edge over Navelim, Nuvem created a couple of scoring opportunities but failed to get past Navelim goalkeeper Avertano, who pulled off some spectacular saves to keep his slate clean.
With both teams failing to score, the winners were decided on penalties. Xavier Colaco, Agnelo Araujo, Santan Fernandes, Joao Araujo and Nelson converted for Nuvem while Frank Fernandes, Clauddios, Raju and Santan were on target for Navelim.
