UTORDA: Our Lady of Gloria SC, Raia downed hosts United Club of Utorda 4-2 to sail into semi-finals of 27th Lourdes all Goa Football festival tournament, organised by United Club of Utorda in memory of their past President Roque Noronha, at SAG ground, Utorda, on Saturday.
UC Utorda drew the first blood in fifth minute through Roygn Pereira by a deft placement shot.
Raia fortified their fort and restored parity in the 10th minute through Jason Barbosa.
In quick succession, Jessico Fernandes doubled the lead for Raia in the 17th minute. Raia made it 3-1 through Eldon Colaco in the 32nd minute.
UC Utorda scored the second goal in the 55th minute through Alistor Monteiro.
In the dying minutes, Raia scored through Joyston Barbosa to make it 4-2.
Our Lady of Gloria SC, Raia will now meet Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda in semi-finals on November 6.
