CURCHOREM: The lone goal of striker Reezvon Fernandes helped Our Lady Mother of the Poor High School, Tilamol, Quepem emerge champions by defeating Guardian Angel High School, Curchorem in the Quepem Taluka Mini Secondary School Football tournament, organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs at Tilamol ground recently.
Down by one goal Guardian Angel went all out in search of the equaliser but could not do so even after possessing the ball more than Tilamol due to their weak finishing.
Guardian Angel worked very hard to level but opponents resisted their every move and intensified the attacks and kept them on back foot till the end of the match.
