RAIA: Our Lady of Rosary High School, Fatorda, and St Jude’s High School, Betalbatim, moved ahead in the U-17 Salcete taluka inter-school football tournament played at Ambelim ground, on Tuesday.
Our Lady of Rosary High School edged past Saviour of the World High School, Loutolim, 3-2 via tie-breaker after the match ended in a goalless draw.
St Jude’s High School outplayed Mae Dos Pobres High School, Nuvem by a 3-2 margin. Pranay, Gladwin Braganza and Mohit Malik netted a goal each for St Jude’s HS while Melcio Colaco and Goodubin Topno netted for Mae Dos Pobres HS.
