In the tie-breaker, Perpetual Succour Convent HS won 5-4.
In the second match, Loyola HS, Margao proved their calibre by beating St Thomas HS 5-0.
Rui Noronha scored a brace whereas Loyel Vaz, Hayden Fernandes and Richie Fernandes scored a goal each.
