Panchawadi took the lead in the 15th minute when striker Paxton received a through pass from Bersel Viegas and beat the rival goalkeeper Jerry Fernandes with a snap shot.
They doubled the lead at the stroke of lemon break when Paxton secured is brace.
Post resumption, Panchawadi continued to enjoy the better share of exchanges and fired couple of pot shots either it went wide or went straight into the safe hands of rival goalkeeper Jerry Fernandes.
Paxton scored his hat-trick in the 52nd minute. Edwin D’Costa scored a consolation goal in the 86th minute but Panchawadi scored another through Glen Colaco in the injury time.
