MAPUSA: BITS Pilani were held to a 1-1 draw against Patrong in the Round 2 match of the Third Division League (Mormugao Zone) played at the BITS Pilani ground, on Thursday.
BITS Pilani shot into the lead in the 21st minute of the first half through Aditya Shripad while hardworking midfielder Aster Bloom restored parity for Patrong in the 52nd minute of the second half of a defence splitting pass from Siddharth Murthy, 1-1.
