MAPUSA: Peddem Bomm SC drubbed Adarsh Yuvak Sangh 6-0 in the GFA’s Third Division league Bardez Zone, played at Duler stadium, here on Thursday. Peddem Bomm went into the breather with four goals lead.
Rohan Haeider netted a hattrick while Kreepal Dargalkar, Taniel Pereira and Sapan Tagore accounted for the goals.
At Nerul grounds: Verem United SC fought gallantly to hold United Club Nerul by 2-2 margin.
Kabeer Mulgund netted a brace for UC Nerul while on crossing over Bharat Beenar pumped in two goals for Verem United to level terms and share point with their rivals.
After the match GFA’s President message was read out by the stadium manager Anthony Lobo on the 63rd GFA’s Anniversary.
At Dramapur ground: Dramapur Sports Club recorded a thrilling 3-2 win over Sporting Club of Davorlim. Sendy Oliveira was in fine form for Dramapur and he scored twice in the opening quarter to give them a solid start in the game.
However, the Davorlim side pulled a goal back at the half hour mark through Jordan Miranda. The winners led 2-1 at the break.
In the second half, Sendy Oliveira completed his hat-trick in the 77th minute. Clifton Furtado pulled a goal back for the losing side to make it 2-3.
At Navelim ground: Margao Sports Club edged past Dicarpale Sports Club 2-1. Margao Sports Club scored through Reanzil Barreto and Mario Noronha. Dicarpale pulled a goal back through Cindroy Furtado.
At Carmona ground: St Sebastian Union Club and United Club of Orlim played out a 1-1 draw. Keegan Fernandes put St Sebastian UC ahead in the 20th minute. Floyd Luis then made it all-square in the 76th minute for Orlim.
At Chandor ground: Macasana Welfare Club defeated Rumdamol SC 2-0. Both the goals came in the second half. Libert Fernandes scored from the spot in the 72nd minute and then Aloysh Costa netted the winner in the 90th minute.
