MAPUSA: Portias Sporting Club registered a hard fought 1-0 win over FC Mardol in the GFA’s Boys U-15, 2nd Division Ilhas Zone, held at Montfort ground, here, on Tuesday.
The all important goal came from the boots of Mehboob Khan in the very 2nd minute of play.
At Sinquerim SC ground, Ucassaim SC drubbed Laxmi Prasad SC by 5-0 margin. Harsh Madar, Cyrus Fernandes (2), John Harjan and Mayur Kavlekar scored for the winners.
