MAPUSA: PVC Parra managed to scrape past Goan Warriors by 2-1 margin in the GFA’s Second Division League match played at Parra ground, on Thursday.
PVC Parra scored a goal in each session of play.
It was Cyprian Rodrigues who drew the first blood in the 38th minute for PVC Parra colts, 1-0.
On crossing, Goan Warriors came back into the match with Anthony Fernandes finding the equaliser at the hour mark.
When it looked the teams were heading for a draw PVC Parra’s Anantha Krishna scored the match winning goal in the 93rd minute of play to give full points for his team.
