Both the goals happened in the first session of play.
Despite Assonora United holding ball possession for major part of the encounter, it was PVC Parra who took the lead, when Waldren Martins on getting hold of a loose ball ran into the rival camp and drilled in a low grounder past the keeper, 1-0.
Couple of minutes later PVC Parra doubled their lead through Billu Chavan, who tapped home the ball from a close range.
Assonora United tried their level best, but the much needed goals eluded them till the final hooter.
Ruel Pinto of PVC Parra received the match-of-the-match award. The winners pocketed Rs 40,000 while runners-up got Rs 30,000.

At halftime, chief guest Fr Raul Colaco, parish priest, St Anthony’s Church, Siolim; guest of honour Lavino Rebello, GFA member; special invitee Sylvester Fernandes, sarpanch V.P Siolim were introduced to the players and match officials.
