Parish Youth, Nuvem registered a fluent 3-1 win over Ambelim Sports Club 3-1 to enter the quarter-finals of 2nd Eslinda Alemao memorial inter-village football tournament organised by Cuncolim Union at Cuncolim ground, on Sunday.
Parish Youth broke the deadlock in the 6th minute when Albino Pereira rocked the citadel with a snap shot. Xavier Colaco doubled the lead midway in the first half.
Maxwin Fernandes reduced the margin. Parish Youth striker Albino Noronha put the issue beyond doubt late in the second half.
Earlier Devendra Dessai, chairperson of CMC declared the tournament open.
