PANJIM: Parish Youth Nuvem overcame Panchwaddi United by a solitary goal to enter the quarter-finals of Nagoa Panchayat Cup football organized by Pax of Nagoa Sports Club at Nagoa panchayat ground, Wednesday. There was no score at half time.
Nuvem huffed and puffed to score the all-important goal as the young Panchwaddi team defended their citadel tactfully for a major part of the game.
Nuvem score the match-winner in the 55th minute when Queterio Pango slotted past the rival goalkeeper.
