PANJIM: Parish Youth Nuvem defeated Don Bosco Oratory 3-1 in the Goa Football Association’s U-14 League match played at, Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda, on Friday.
Jeff Dias scored a brace while Nikeel Chittcutti aslso added his name on the scoresheet for the winners. Eliseus Niasso scored a consolation goal for DBO.
In another match at, Ave Maria Athletic and Welfare Club thumped Verna Sports Club 8-0. The scoreboard read 5-0 at half-time.
Elsewhere at artificial Turf Fatorda, Salcete Football Club defeated Young Strikers Club 2-0.
Velroy Fernandes and Vivaldy Travasso scored a goal each for the winners in the second half.
In another match, Raia Football Club thrashed Cana Benaulim 15-0, at Curtorim ground.
