SOLVA-RAIA: Rachol Seminary got the better of Raia Youth 5-4 via the tie-breaker while Rachol Altar Boys edged past Raia Altar Boys 3-2 via the tie-breaker to lift the Parishioners of Our Lady of Snows Vocation Cups in the football matches, at Raia village panchayat ground, on Sunday.
Raitura Altar Servers downed Raia Altar Servers 3-2 via the tie-breaker. Joswel, Aluston and Anvy scored for Rachol while Aaron and Shawn netted for Raia.
In another match, Rachol Seminary shot-out Raia Youth 5-4 via the tie-breaker.
Raia’s Rony Quadros netted the first goal of the match in the 46th minute but the joy was short-lived as Rachol Seminary found the equalizer through Sanfford Fernandes in the 49th minute. In the tie-breaker, Rachol Seminary proved to be better shooters.
