NAVELIM: Raia Sporting Club blanked Sarzora SC 6-0 to enter into the quarter-finals of the 38th Gold Silver rolling trophy, at the Rosary ground, Navelim, on Saturday.
Raia opened the score-line through Jaison Barbuda in the 20th minute.
Eleven minutes later, Raia doubled the lead in the 31st minute through Jaison Fernandes. Later, Eldon Colaco made it 3-0 in the 36th minute.
Raia further inflated the lead through Shawn D’Souza to make it 4-0 in the 38th minute.
Eldon netted the fifth goal in the 40th minute. Klins Mendes too recorded his name in the scoresheet to make it 6-0 in the 55th minute.
