PANJIM: The Raiders were able to outscore the Panjim Basketeers 44-21 in the KJs 5th all Goa tournament organized by KJs basketball Club, at Youth Hostel, Miramar, on Wednesday.
In the first game, Kyle D’Souza and Arihant Jain scored 12 points each to help their win clinch the spot in the next round.
In the second game, KJs brushed off Don Bosco Oratory, 54-13.
Mahir Amir put up stellar 17 points to help KJs seal their victory.
The next game was held between Sonics and Gladiators. Sonics dominated with a 61-21 point game.
Tristan Lopes (16 points) and Ian D’Souza (9 points) were top scorers for their respective teams.
